What is the UK Collision Network?

UKCRN is a closed network for businesses that use Partly's AI infrastructure to build their systems.

Unlike open marketplaces, repairers and suppliers choose who they work with, maintaining control over their business relationships. The network brings these existing partnerships online, making them more efficient through intelligent procurement and order management.

For Bodyshops

Join hundreds of leading UK bodyshops using Partly Repair to build their collision parts procurement systems.

AI-Powered Procurement

Take the guesswork out of sourcing. Your system analyzes business rules, availability, delivery times, and pricing to build the most efficient parts basket automatically.

Actionable Intelligence

Unlock insights at user, site, and supplier levels to identify bottlenecks, reduce friction, and continuously improve operational performance.

Your Network, Your Rules

Control which suppliers appear in your system, set your own business rules and compliance requirements, and maintain complete visibility over your procurement operations.

How it works

1. Define Your Rules

Set supplier preferences, pricing thresholds, and performance criteria.

2. Automate & Optimise

AI applies your rules to select the best combination of parts for speed, quality and value.

3. Gain Control & Visibility

Access centralised dashboards that highlight performance, efficiency, and fulfillment speed across each parts person, site, and the entire network.

For Suppliers

Connect with hundreds of bodyshops while managing orders through a world-class order management system.

Controlled Visibility & Pricing

No open marketplace - repairers work with their chosen suppliers directly. Your pricing and terms stay private between you and your connected repairers, never visible to competitors or publicly.

Structured Orders with Diagram Context

Receive orders from bodyshops in a single, consistent format. Confirm orders and handle returns through an intuitive interface.

Instant Parts Validation

Detect incorrect part numbers that don't match the vehicle's VIN. Verified orders can be sent automatically into your DMS.*

*Subject to VIN coverage

Intelligence That Drives Performance

Every order creates insights — from buyer behavior and product demand to response times and fulfillment performance. Partly transforms raw transactions into actionable data, so you can:

  • Identify high-value repairers
  • Optimise stock and pricing strategies
  • Improve service metrics to win more orders

How it works

1. Onboard Once, Provide Live Pricing

Integrate via simple API or EDI connection to provide live pricing.

2. Set Your Preferences

Define pricing, availability, and which repairers you want to supply.

3. Receive & Process

Get structured orders with full context -clear, complete, and ready to fulfill.

Partly Vehicle Definition Standard

In situations where OEM data is unavailable, Partly can create manufacturer catalogues using Partly’s Vehicle Definition Standard. This is particularly useful when a manufacturer is discontinued, but there are still vehicles on the road that require ongoing service and replacement parts.

Partly achieves this through the Vehicle Mapper and the PIM, matching inventory to vehicle definitions and additional base vehicle properties, known as custom restrictions.

This process is referred to as Tier 2 fitment. While it is less accurate than the Tier 1 OEM data standard, it is comparable to external industry data formats, making it especially relevant for service and mechanical parts.

FAQs

Find out more about UKCRN

What is Partly?

Partly is a global team of deep tech experts and automotive veterans on a mission to connect the world's parts. We're venture-backed and independent from any auto industry body, building AI infrastructure for the auto parts industry.

Our modular products serve as building blocks for businesses to build their parts systems.

What is AI-powered procurement?

Parts sourcing involves balancing dozens of variables—cost, speed, supplier reliability, regulations, and more. Currently these decisions are made manually, leading to suboptimal choices. AI-powered procurement uses complex algorithms to automatically process these variables and recommend the optimal parts basket for any given requirements.

For suppliers, we automate receiving orders, validating parts, and integrating back to your DMS.

What's the difference between building a system vs subscribing to a software?

Off-the-shelf software is rigid and limited to pre-built features. Partly's modular approach lets your team build systems that adapt and grow with your business needs without starting from scratch. The system becomes yours - branded as needed with Partly remaining invisible in the background.

NZ Repair Network used Partly Infrastructure to build their repair app.

Explore how Partly's building blocks were used to make it easy for repairers to buy OEM and green parts in a real-time in one place.
