Christchurch, New Zealand, January 22nd, 2026

Partly and Panel Quote today announced a new system integration that connects Repair, Partly’s AI-based Estimation and Parts Procurement app with Panel Quote’s Bodyshop Management System (BMS). The integration will be available to New Zealand customers from early February.

The integration enables a more seamless, end-to-end workflow between estimating, parts sourcing, procurement, and job management - reducing the need for duplicate data entry and significantly improving operational efficiency for repairers.

“This integration removes one of the biggest friction points in a repairer’s daily workflow: re-entering the same data across multiple systems,” said Levi Fawcett, CEO of Partly. “By connecting Panel Quote directly with Partly’s AI-driven estimation and parts procurement capabilities, repairers gain speed, accuracy, and transparency - without changing how they work.”

A Seamless Experience Across Estimation, Procurement, and Job Management

Through the integration, repairers can now share parts lists, supplier offers, prices, shipment details, and job status updates automatically between Panel Quote and Partly. Estimates flow directly into procurement, order updates are reflected back into the Panel Quote platform, and parts delivery status is visible without manual intervention.

The result is a smoother user experience across both systems, shorter cycle times, and fewer errors caused by duplicated or inconsistent data.

“Our goal at Panel Quote has always been to make repairer operations simpler and more intuitive,” said Nick Hayman, CEO of Panel Quote. “By integrating with Partly, we’re giving repairers access to best-in-class parts estimation and procurement while preserving the ease of use and depth of functionality they expect from a leading repairer platform.”

Best of Breed, Working as One

The integration brings together two specialist platforms:

  • Panel Quote, a leading Bodyshop Management System known for its usability and comprehensive workshop functionality.
  • Partly, the leading parts estimation and procurement platform, powered by the world’s only domain-specific AI foundation model for automotive parts.

Together, they deliver a best-of-breed solution that allows each system to do what it does best - while operating as a single, coherent workflow for repairers.

Built on Open Markets

Both Partly and Panel Quote emphasise that the integration reflects a shared belief in open markets and choice for repairers, allowing independent platforms to interoperate while remaining commercially separate. Rather than locking customers into closed ecosystems, the integration demonstrates how independent best-in-class systems can work together to raise the standard for the entire industry.

“We believe repairers win when leading platforms integrate openly,” added Levi Fawcett of Partly. “This integration improves the repairer experience in New Zealand by enabling interoperability between two independent platforms, without lock-ins or compromise.”
