Partly names Ana Wight as Chief Financial Officer

April 2026 · Partly Editorial Team

Partly names Ana Wight as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing all aspects of the finance function to align financial operations with business strategy and growth.

Ana joins Partly from Lightspeed, most recently as Chief Strategy Officer. She joined Lightspeed in 2021 through its acquisition of Vend, the Auckland-founded retail software company where she had been Chief Financial Officer since 2017 and Chief Executive Officer since 2020. Before Vend, she was a Senior Vice President at McKinsey & Company, and held strategy roles at Microsoft and Spark.

She is based in Partly's Auckland office.

Ana takes on the CFO role as Partly scales its international footprint and brings Interpreter, its Frontier AI for repair, to new markets. Her mandate spans financial planning, reporting, and the operational discipline needed to support that growth, working closely with the executive team to turn Partly's momentum into a durable financial foundation.

"This isn't just about entering new markets. We're building the financial foundation for something much bigger than that: the infrastructure the entire repair industry will run on. Ana has the judgement and the operating discipline to help us build that properly, for the long run."

Levi Fawcett, CEO of Partly

Ana's appointment rounds out Partly's executive team as the company continues to invest in its finance, people, and go-to-market functions to support its next phase of growth.
