How Evolve ARC is bringing parts sourcing together with PartlyRepair
Evolve ARC is a growing UK accident repair group handling around 650 vehicle repairs a month across six sites. Having just been named No. 25 on The Sunday Times 100 fast-growing companies list, it is rolling out PartlyRepair to bring parts sourcing and ordering into one place across those sites.

The challenge: one group, many ordering routes
Evolve ARC has grown from one Coventry repair shop into a six-site accident repair group. Co-founder Stefan Hill says the business now completes around 650 vehicle repairs each month. That growth brings more vehicle makes, supplier relationships and ordering routes into the daily work of its teams.
Before PartlyRepair, each site relied on different processes. Stefan says estimators and parts staff, under pressure to keep jobs moving, would often take the easiest ordering route through their existing system rather than check other sources. Email-based ordering added delays and back-and-forth.
Stefan HillCo-founder and COO, Evolve ARCWe're putting a massive push on the use of AI and development of the systems that we use. Partly fits in really well with what we're trying to achieve, where we can provide a better service, more streamlined, for our customers.
The solution: one integrated way to source parts
Evolve started with PartlyRepair at one site, then brought Birmingham and Coventry on board in September 2026, with further sites planned. Stefan sees the integrated approach as a way to make sourcing more consistent while the group expands.
Early experience
- Orders across several suppliers. The team has already placed orders with several suppliers through PartlyRepair.
- One place to look. Stefan particularly likes that staff can look for parts without jumping between ordering routes.
- Less email back-and-forth. Sourcing in one place cuts the delays that came with email-based ordering.
What's next
As more sites join, Evolve will be able to assess how the new process affects day-to-day sourcing. No quantified improvement has yet been verified.
